Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using metamorphy.io (the "Service") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old. The Service is designed for adults planning their finances and later life; if you are under 18 you should use it with a parent or guardian.

3. What the Service does — and does not do

Metamorphy provides tools to record your financial position, project it forward under assumptions you choose, and produce reports. Projections are estimates, not promises.

Metamorphy is not a financial adviser, is not licensed to give financial advice, and nothing in the Service is personalised financial, tax, legal or investment advice. Every projection is exactly that — a projection. Decisions about your money remain yours, and for significant decisions we encourage you to consult a licensed adviser.

The Service is read-only by design: it never connects to your bank accounts, never holds your banking credentials, and cannot move money.

4. Your account

Keep your password confidential and your account details accurate. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us at [email protected] if you believe your account has been compromised.

5. Subscriptions, one-off purchases and billing

• Premium — SGD 299 per year or SGD 29 per month. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; renewal is disclosed at checkout and in your confirmation email.
• Retirement Readiness Report — one-off purchase, SGD 149.
• Cancel any time, self-service, via the billing portal in your account settings — no phone call needed. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.
• Prices are shown before you pay. Payment is processed by Stripe.
• Refunds: annual plans may be refunded within 14 days of first purchase if you have not generated a readiness report in that time; monthly plans and delivered one-off reports are not refundable. If you are in the EU or UK, you have a 14-day cooling-off right for distance purchases; where you ask for immediate access to digital content, you consent at checkout to waive that right to the extent the content has been supplied.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• break the law or infringe others' rights using the Service;
• probe, scan or test the security of the Service without permission;
• scrape, resell or redistribute the Service or its content;
• upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt the Service;
• share your account or misrepresent who you are.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, its design, software and content are ours or our licensors'. The data you enter is yours: you grant us a licence to process it solely to provide the Service to you. Your reports are yours to keep and share.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We work hard to keep it accurate and running, but we do not warrant that projections are correct, that rules data (for example CPF rates) is current at every moment, or that the Service is uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for financial decisions you take based on projections. Our total liability for claims relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, with notice where practicable. On deletion, your data is handled as described in the privacy policy.

11. Changes to these terms

If we make a material change we will give you at least 14 days' notice by email or a notice in the Service. Continued use after the change takes effect means you accept it.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. This does not affect mandatory consumer protections or data-protection rights (including under the PDPA) in your country of residence.
